About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hireup team to ensure seamless support delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in disability support.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $33.80 - $74.36, with opportunities for overtime and penalty rates.
