Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft. Your primary objective is to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to prevent mechanical failures.

This position involves collaborating with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion, adhering to DASR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulations, and fostering effective communication with Boeing, customers, and industry teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Repair and Operations team to complete tasks efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements under the DASR Part 145 MOE framework
  • Promote excellent communication and coordination with industry partners, customers, and Boeing
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practices
  • Cultivate a positive attitude towards Environmental Health & Safety, prioritizing personnel well-being
Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
  • Be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements
  • Hold a current driver's licence
