Data Cloud Architect Role

This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can grow partnerships, build capabilities, and deliver solutions that support business growth initiatives.

Success in this role involves engaging technical and executive audiences using presentations, demos, and whiteboarding to build mindshare among partners. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise and a proven track record of successfully working with large partners.

  • Run training sessions, workshops, webinars to help Partners become proficient in Snowflake.
  • Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with technical strategies that enable them to sell their offerings on Snowflake.
  • Keep Partners up to date on key product updates and future roadmaps.
  • Drive strategic engagements by quickly grasping new concepts and articulating their business value.
  • Showcase the impact of Snowflake through compelling customer success stories.

The Data Cloud Architect will collaborate across regions with Asia Pacific and Japan, working closely with data app providers and developing cloud-native SaaS offerings on Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must have strong experience with databases such as SQL Server / Oracle/ MySQL/ NoSQL DBs.
  • Strong experience with data warehouses such as Azure Synapse / Redshift / Big Query.
  • Working knowledge across the latest Snowflake product updates and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Spark, Big Data.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS & GCO) and distributed computing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
