A leading Sydney cocktail venue is seeking a seasoned hospitality expert to oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities include managing the bar, coordinating staff rosters, and controlling costs of goods sold. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for the service industry and wants to contribute to the success of a growing group expanding across Australia.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a cool attitude, and the ability to bring fun to the job. As a key member of our team, you'll lead a crew and drive business results.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • 3 years of experience in a fast-paced cocktail bar environment

Must have valid work authorization for Australia and be willing to work on-site.
