Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect gift or jewelry item, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
