This exciting opportunity will provide you with the skills and training needed to become a future leader or technical expert within agronomy. You will be involved in a comprehensive program that includes four leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-ground training, and mentorship.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this program, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Ag Science, Diploma in Agriculture, or a relevant field, obtained prior to commencement or within three years.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, proactive approach, strong communication skills, and passion for agriculture.
  • Experience in agriculture-related work fields, customer service, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
