The Role

We're seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Snooze Marsden Park. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert sleep solutions, and collaborating with your team to deliver an awesome customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
  • Collaborate with your team in day-to-day store operations
  • Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor

Requirements

  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred)
  • Customer-centric behaviours
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Hunger to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Necessary fitness to walk the floor and physical strength to carry heavy stock
