Product Management Specialist

We are seeking a Product Management Specialist to join our Payments team. As the voice of the client to internal stakeholders, you will drive strategic vision for products and ensure client needs are met.

About the Role:

  • Design value propositions that differentiate Cuscal's position in the market as a B2B payments provider and manage product performance.
  • Ensure clearly defined product requirements, SLAs aligned to market needs, pricing models, and distribution channels.
  • Manage integration of new product development or product change into existing processes.
  • Ensure all products, services, and activities are compliant with regulation, legislation, and/or policies.
  • Cultivate relationships between clients and Cuscal, enhancing the relationship with clients at every opportunity.
  • Develop and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to assist in education and marketing of Cuscal's products.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to evaluate product competitiveness and drive a competitive roadmap.

About You:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in financial services, delivering SaaS and/or B2B products (payment services experience highly regarded)
  • Ability to envision the big picture while meticulously attending to details
  • Keen sense for outstanding products and ability to advocate for new features using qualitative and quantitative reasoning
  • Demonstrated track record of problem-solving and lateral thinking to ensure the success of your product and team
  • Ability to transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to story tell and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge to engage engineers in meaningful discussions about architecture and product decisions
