Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist - Mental Health Lead

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our mental health team in delivering high-quality care and services.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with strong leadership skills and experience in mental health. You will be responsible for leading expert OT care across acute and rehabilitation streams, providing services to consumers and their families/carers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal outcomes for consumers;Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessments and interventions;Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members;Oversee student placements and professional development programs.

Requirements:

Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field;Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist;Proven experience in mental health settings;Strong leadership and communication skills;Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
