About the Role

As an Operational Services Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of laboratory services. This includes undertaking roles such as venepuncture and specimen collection, courier runs, sorting and accessioning specimens according to set protocols, providing accurate data entry, and assisting with preparatory duties, storage and transport of specimens.

You will be responsible for managing internal and external customer enquiries effectively and professionally, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a respectful and professional manner.
