Job Title: Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer

SIXT Australia is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join our team in Perth Suburbs (City, Kewdale & Fremantle). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and closing rental agreements
  • Selling additional over-the-counter rental products
  • Managing reservations and organizing fleet
  • Providing excellent customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard
  • Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
  • Delivering vehicles between sites
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
