We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Virtual Care Facilitator. As a Virtual Care Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting our aged care clients in their own homes, empowering them to live independent, healthy lives.

This role offers a flexible and rewarding experience, with opportunities for both part-time and casual employment. You'll be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, helping to enhance the lives of vulnerable individuals through technology and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative team.">
  • Assist with manual tasks and stand or sit for extended periods.">

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Home Care Employee - Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.">
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain).">
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's License and vehicle registration.">
