We're seeking a talented Operational Team Lead to drive excellence in our Roadside Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in leading and developing the skills of our Team Coaches and Roadside Responders.

Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers. To achieve this, you'll lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Prioritizing Performance and Safety

  1. Create and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency, ensuring they meet contractual requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the Roadside Operations Manager to facilitate proactive tactical meetings with the Roadside Team, guaranteeing adequate numbers of Roadside Responders are available for deployment.
  3. Maintain and promote Club Assist's safety procedures through effective management of incidents, injuries, and out-of-hours support as needed.

Fostering Employee Growth

  1. Manage employee performance through regular reviews, recognition programs, capability building, and succession planning.
  2. Proactively address any performance issues that may arise, providing necessary support and guidance to employees.

Building a High-Performing Team

  • Recruit and select new Roadside Responders, ensuring the right people join our team.
  • Develop business improvement plans, identify development opportunities for Team Coaches, and collaborate with the Roadside Operations Manager to implement changes.
  • Conduct ride-outs to monitor KPIs and performance management systems, ensuring the team remains competent and continually improves.
