Job Overview

This is a critical role that will guide the metallurgy team in providing technical guidance and process engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver solutions to existing operational challenges regarding safety, process, yield, or upgrade.
  • Engage all stakeholders to understand and identify business needs.
  • Develop standard reports for presenting process engineering outcomes.
  • Work closely with mine planning, Process Control & Hive operations to improve process plant control and provide oversight to implementation of PIDs.
  • Driving short-term metallurgical accounting and production planning.
  • Generate and/or approve process-related deliverables and documentation for process optimisation and delivery.
  • Evaluate and oversee technical quality, integrity, and adequacy of process changes, adherence for Management of Change.
  • Guide a team of metallurgists and metallurgical technicians to achieve required outcomes.
