Early Childhood Educator Position

World of Learning Albion Park is offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated Early Childhood professional to join our dynamic team. This part-time role involves working 38 hours per week, creating an outstanding learning environment for children.


About the Role

This position is ideal for an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator seeking to excel in their Early Childhood career. As a passionate and committed individual, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development in children.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to childcare

Requirements
  • AceCQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services
  • Proven experience in Early childhood education, particularly working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
