Job Overview

Seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee the operations of a successful early education service. As the nominated supervisor, you will lead a team providing high-quality education and care to school-aged children.

This permanent part-time position offers a great work-life balance, with flexible shift options across our before and after school programs and vacation care services for children aged 5-12 years old.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, curriculum development expertise, and experience in staff professional development and training.

  • Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
  • Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation
  • Be willing to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under the Children (Education and Care Services National Law Application) Bill 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully support the My Time Our Place Framework for School Aged Children with the centre curriculum

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum of 3 years' experience)
  • Working with Children Check verification number
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Child protection qualification
