Job Title: Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to students with learning difficulties in a classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with learning difficulties
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate III or Certificate IV in Education Support or willingness to study towards one
  • Experience working with students with disabilities
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills
