Lead Finance Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Finance Strategist to join our team. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, driving strategic growth, and providing expert guidance to support our long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and retail, with experience working in a high-growth, mid-size business environment. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of identifying process improvement opportunities and executing them sustainably.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Manage and oversee the annual company audit process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly P&L reports, quarterly Balance Sheets, and P&L forecasting.
  • Prepare and present an Annual Budget to the CEO and company board, including P&L, Cash, and Capex projections.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, partnering with RPG leadership to drive achievement of our business plan and 3-year strategy.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualification required.
  • Working knowledge of Pronto ERP and Retail highly regarded.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • A strong passion for finance and retail, with experience working in a high-growth, mid-size business environment.
