We are seeking a highly motivated Skincare Specialist to join our team at Myer Adelaide and Myer Tea Tree Plaza. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about skincare and beauty. You will be required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with flexibility to work weekends, nights, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop product knowledge and provide consultations to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and launches
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
  • Operate POS and complete transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date
  • Perform operational duties such as cash handling, restocking, and replenishing products

Key Qualifications:

  • Passion for skincare and beauty
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating POS
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
