As a clinical leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating resident care plans to meet individual needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sharp clinical assessment skills are required to provide high-quality clinical services
  • You will liaise with medical and allied health professionals as well as residents' family members to advocate for clients' quality of life
  • You will supervise and support Personal Care Workers
  • Our team is looking for someone who can practice in a holistic way using critical decision-making skills to lead the team
Requirements:
  • Registered nursing experience in aged or community care or a passion to begin a career in aged care
  • Adaptability, empathy, resourcefulness and good time management skills are essential
  • Committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice
  • A current Nursing degree with AHPRA registration is necessary

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.
