Job Overview

The Logistics Officer oversees daily warehouse and logistical operations, including meal deliveries, stock control, stock rotation, and overall inventory management.

About Your Role

This critical position is responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of goods and supplies within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and unloading supplies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inspecting goods upon receipt to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinating the delivery of meals and stock to designated areas.
  • Maintaining inventory levels and controlling stock movements.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

About You

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional who can effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • A current High-Risk Forklift license.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting (preferable but not essential).
  • The ability to obtain and maintain all required police/security clearances.
  • Safe food handling certification or the ability to obtain it.
  • The capacity to pass any required health assessments.
  • Proof of double vaccination against Covid-19 with a vaccine recognized in Australia.
