About this Role
Job SummaryThis is a thrilling opportunity to work in a contact centre environment, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of enquiries.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to work on a rotating roster, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A team player with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain accurate data records in a customer management system.
- We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively, identify, refer and assign non-standard enquiries to a Centre of Expertise for action and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service through strong customer engagement in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain current knowledge of policy, legislation and related business processes to efficiently respond to customer needs.
- Ability to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- High quality customer service experience.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams.
