Trinity College OSHC Educator Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing developmentally appropriate programs tailored to each child's needs.
  • Create innovative activities that stimulate cognitive, emotional, physical, and social growth in children.
  • Support the overall wellbeing and sense of belonging for every child.
  • Be a positive influencer and trusted adult in their lives.
  • Ensure a clean and secure environment meeting the highest standards of care.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A Diploma or relevant qualification (Certificate III or IV) is necessary. Qualifications include: Education, Care and Disability; Behavioural & Social Sciences; Community Services; Health; Allied Health; Sport & Recreation; Creative Arts.
  • A valid Working with Children Check is mandatory.
  • RRHAN-EC Fundamentals & Masterclass Certificate is required.
The Work Schedule:
  • Flexibility is key with pick up shifts across our service hours:
  • Morning Shifts between 6:15am – 9:00am Monday to Friday.
  • Afternoon Shifts between 2:30pm – 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional work outside standard hours may be necessary.
