About the Role

As a member of our dynamic team, you'll play a vital role in bringing joy and festive cheer to our customers. Your focus will be on providing top-notch customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on creating lasting impressions
  • Contribute to operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and support visual merchandising efforts to maintain store displays
  • Collaborate with salesfloor teams to provide seamless point-of-sale services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable retail experience in a fast-paced environment while making a real difference in our customers' lives.

About You

We're looking for individuals with high energy levels, confidence, and a can-do attitude towards achieving team goals. If you're available to start from mid-November and have great availability between December 15th and January 4th, including weekends and evenings, we'd love to hear from you.

Candidates with extensive availability over the Christmas period and ability to work during peak trading times will be reviewed favourably.
