**Job Opportunity:** Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled support worker to provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with household tasks, including cleaning and meal preparation
  • Manage complex behaviours and provide de-escalation techniques

Requirements:

  • Australian resident
  • Workers Screening Check, Working with Children's and First Aid + CPR
  • At least two years' experience working in a similar role
  • Have a vehicle with current comprehensive car insurance
  • Australian Licence

The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, and engaging, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
