Job Title:

Retail Security Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Retail Security Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, maintain high standards of English proficiency, and be physically fit and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure high standards of oral and written English communication
  • Perform physically demanding duties with reliability and accuracy
  • Meet Australian citizenship or residency requirements with unrestricted right to work in Australia

Requirements:

  • Current valid security license
  • Current valid first aid certificate (including CPR)

Working Hours:

  • Afternoon shifts (13:30-21:30 hours & 14:30-21:30 hours)
  • Monday to Friday roster
