About the Role

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of acute care patients across various wards, including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, intensive/critical care, cardiothoracic surgery, general/colo-rectal surgery, general medical, and women's health/maternity.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and implement effective treatment sessions for patients with diverse needs and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive reporting procedures to ensure seamless communication within the healthcare team.
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments in physiotherapy and integrate best practices into service delivery through quality evaluation and outcome evidence.
  • Comply with relevant Calvary work health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant qualification in physiotherapy (degree or doctorate) and current AHPRA registration.
