Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing working relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project timelines, risks, and reporting
  • Developing project management plans, programs, budgets, and other key project deliverables
  • Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
  • Managing internal project administration, including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management, and contract risk

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A recognized degree qualification in a technical field, such as Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Architecture
  • Experience in government, hospitals/health, commercial, or education projects
  • Project management experience delivering highly complex and technical projects
  • Advanced Microsoft skills and Primavera skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with excellent report and bid writing skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering to clients
