Highly Skilled Mental Health Professional Wanted

General Adult Locum Consultant Psychiatrist is required in Victoria. As a key member of the mental health team, you will conduct assessments, provide crisis support, and allocate follow-up care to deliver recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills, with experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide timely interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective case management and allocation of follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions
- Qualifications as a Social Worker or Psychologist
- Proven experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, or similar roles
- Strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, supportive team environment
- Competitive pay rate - up to $80 per hour (based on experience)
