Full Time Optical Dispenser Job

This is a permanent full-time position offering competitive salary.
As an Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and expertise in all optical services and products offered through our Health Hub. You will report to the Optical Manager and be tasked with managing enquiries, identifying customer needs, and educating customers about optical products and services. You will also facilitate healthcare services bookings, processing of payments, interpret optical prescriptions, and undertake accurate fitting and servicing of optical appliances.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, self-directed, organised, friendly, professional, and interested in working with an aged demographic. They should thoroughly enjoy working in a team that continually strives to perform and achieve the best solutions for the overall objectives of the organisation, as well as our customers. Attention to detail and a solution-focused approach are just some of their key strengths.
A high-level computer proficiency with Optomate, MS Teams, & Outlook skills would be favourable.
