Project Delivery Expert

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, developing and implementing effective project plans, and ensuring timely completion within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and expectation management;
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues;
- Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders;
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management or service operations management, managing projects of varying sizes;
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end project planning, analysis, change impact assessments, and execution;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence;
- Advanced Excel skills, including scripting, automation, and task management;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage project dependencies, and build high-performing teams.
