  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and be able to apply this knowledge to drive quality improvement initiatives across the centre.
  • They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.

As a key member of our leadership team, the Educational Leader will be responsible for leading change and championing best practice within the centre. They will work closely with the Centre Director and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive continuous improvement and excellence.
