Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs. Develop and implement personalized care plans that address these needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and develop solutions to complex patient needs.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and develop effective care plans.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years, in an acute care, primary healthcare, or military setting.
  • Education: Completion of a Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
