Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and motivated lawyer to join our team in plaintiff personal injury practice.

  • Liaising with clients, providing accurate and timely advice
  • Preparing Court documents/orders and general correspondence
  • Managing high volume files and matters with occasional supervision
  • Attending court, dispute resolution and settlements
  • Conducting legal research

The ideal candidate will have a valid Practising Certificate, 1-2 years PQE, understanding of personal injury matters and processes, strong negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work and manage competing deadlines.

About the Role

This is an entry-level full-time position within the Legal function, specifically within Law Practice industry.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Working closely with clients, building strong relationships
  • Providing expert advice on personal injury matters
  • Resolving disputes through negotiations, mediations and settlements
Key Requirements
  • Valid Practising Certificate
  • 1-2 years PQE
  • Understanding of personal injury matters and processes
