Warehouse Worker Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team.

About this Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warehouse environment, handling stores and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stores and materials.
  • Use appropriate equipment to prepare shipments for delivery.
  • Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inspect manual handling plant and equipment to ensure safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • FOLLOW all company procedures and policies.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work overtime and away from home.
  • Operate heavy combination vehicles safely.
  • Deliver to multiple depots.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records.

Requirements:

  • Certificate II in Warehousing Operations or equivalent experience/qualifications.
  • Driver's Licence.
