We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Dispense Manager in Gambier City Pharmacy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Dispense Technicians and ensuring customers' prescriptions are handled quickly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Pharmacists in assembling/dispensing medications for prescriptions
  • Leading a team of Dispense Technicians
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to general customer queries
  • Counseling customers about medications and providing product knowledge
  • Packing Dose Administration Aids

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a positive impact on our community's health care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A friendly and team-oriented demeanor
  • Previous experience in pharmacy as a Dispense Technician or Webster Packer (ideal)
  • S2/S3 medications certificate (desirable)
  • Certificate in III Community Pharmacy (desirable)
