Job Title: Communication Specialist

About the Role

As a registered NDIS health provider, we provide community-based, allied health services to people of all ages and abilities.

Our team is committed to empowering individuals to reach their personal goals by providing evidence-based services through multiple delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.

Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicare, or privately.

  • We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team and work with clients living with a range of disabilities.
  • Key responsibilities include assessing and providing interventions for children and adults, working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function and social engagement, and assisting with assistive technology assessment and applications.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for timely documentation and report writing, managing a varied caseload, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in leading software platforms and online tools
