Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at Amentum. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the configuration of critical facilities infrastructure, systems, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, review, and update of configuration and procedural documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer tasks in support of critical infrastructure configuration change.
  • Prepare, develop, update, and manage documentation relevant to facility standard configuration.
  • Review and provide technical advice on proposed changes to facility infrastructure and systems.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and requirement definition.
  • Develop and implement change management practices for critical infrastructure.
  • Support the integration, coordination, compilation, and communication of technical information, recommendations, and advice relevant to facility infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
  • Provide technical recommendations, input, direction, and advice on facilities system, infrastructure, and equipment reliability, operation, maintenance, and life-cycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
  • Certificate IV or equivalent in a relevant or related discipline.
  • Desirable qualifications include an undergraduate degree, PMP certification, and postgraduate qualifications in a relevant or related discipline.
  • Tickets and licenses: driver's license, Australian White Card (desirable).
  • Experience: minimum essential experience in power generation and distribution, load management, data center power systems, configuration management, building management and control systems, facilities operation and maintenance, HVAC, project management, and leadership and management.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands

The ability to lift up to 10 kg independently.

Security Clearance Requirement

A condition of employment at Amentum is that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role.

Statement of Work Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
EHS Requirement
  • Complete work tasks in a safe manner.
  • Report any unsafe acts or conditions to their supervisor and/or OASIS PMO/EHS Manager.
  • Continuous adherence to the environmental, health, and safety procedures outlined in the JDFPG Handbook during the performance of their work.
  • Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to 'STOP WORK' if a job is unsafe or poses a danger to the environment.
