Lead Health, Safety and Environment Expert

We are seeking an experienced HSE leader to oversee the health, safety and environmental agenda at our manufacturing site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Site-Specific HSE Plans
  • Promote a Culture of Safety Excellence
  • Stay Ahead of Regulatory Changes
  • Conduct Thorough Incident Investigations and Risk Assessments
  • Deliver Engaging Training Sessions
  • Monitor and Analyze HSE Performance Metrics
  • Provide Strategic Guidance to Site Leaders

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HSE leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant HSE legislation, regulations and standards.
  • Able to motivate and develop operational teams.
