Critical Minerals Sector Executive

Iron Cove Global Pty Ltd, a renowned executive search practice focused on resources and energy sectors, is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the company's next stages of growth. With lithium and rare earths projects situated in Brazil and Canada, this strategic leader will drive the company's development, marketing, and promotional efforts.

About the Role:

  • Leverage expertise in mining and minerals project development to lead the company's key critical metals projects;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to maximise the value of company projects;
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, government officials, and community leaders;
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health and safety, and corporate social responsibility standards;
  • Maintain financial acumen, managing budgets, fundraising, and investor relations requirements;
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to support delivery of key project milestones;
  • Represent the company in public forums, including conferences, media interviews, and regulatory hearings.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Mining, Metallurgy, Geology, Business, Finance)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in mining and minerals project development activities;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated commitment to environmental, health and safety, and corporate social responsibility standards.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $250,000 - $350,000 AUD, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Iron Cove Global offers a competitive remuneration package, inclusive of base salary, superannuation, and bonus incentives.
