Are you a dynamic team leader and technical expert looking for a challenging role? We're seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead a high-performing Solutions Engineering team to drive business growth and results.
  • Motivate and coach your team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Prioritize and drive key initiatives to meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Partner with sales management to align the SE team with sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to customers and prospects.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting leadership capacity.
  • 3+ years of experience within the ITSM/ESM domain.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Atlassian products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
