Trade Team Leader Job Description

As a Trade Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Repco trade customers with their automotive and mechanical needs. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the success of our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line technical support and product advice to Repco customers.
  • Assist customers with technical and sales enquiries.
  • Lead a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, focusing on coaching and development.
  • Coordinate Driver delivery schedules.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A safety mindset and commitment to providing a safe work environment.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work alternating weekends.
  • A valid driver's license (manual preferred) for occasional deliveries.
