The Assistant Library Director plays a key role in the management of the Norwell Public Library, working under the direction of the Library Director to oversee a broad range of library functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the library circulation staff and operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Assisting the Library Director with budget, personnel, materials acquisitions, facilities, and other library functions.
