We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our EG Tura Beach store and drive sales, profit, and growth.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the training and development of your team, ensuring the health and safety of all Team Members and customers, and managing the financial performance of the store.

You will also be responsible for driving customer engagement across the team to uphold great service and presentation, and contributing to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves.

About the Role

  • Drive store performance to achieve targets, while controlling costs and losses
  • Manage and oversee the training and development of your team
  • Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met
  • Manage the financial performance of the store
