About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to lead our CAMHS team. As a Regional Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction in the development, management, and evaluation of all facets of the service.
You will facilitate the development and maintenance of active partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sector integration and client outcomes. Additionally, you will provide operational and clinical support to managers and senior clinical staff across the Southern region and hold a statewide portfolio based on your clinical background.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health service delivery and management, as well as experience in leading teams and developing strategic plans. You will be a collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and direction in the development, management, and evaluation of CAMHS services
- Facilitate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sector integration and client outcomes
- Provide operational and clinical support to managers and senior clinical staff across the Southern region
- Hold a statewide portfolio based on clinical background
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- Specialist tertiary graduate or post-graduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification
- Current Working with Children Registration
- Desirable: Current Driver's Licence
