Responsibilities
• Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Work under the supervision of Charge Nurses to provide patient education and activities in accordance with your competencies and education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters using the SOAP form of charting.
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• One year of clinic experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
