Restaurant Team Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Lead to join a dynamic team. As the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and leading the team through busy service periods.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily management of the restaurant
  • Lead a high-performing team during peak service hours
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and improve guest experience
  • Manage inventory and financials effectively
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment, particularly Drive Thru
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification
  • First Aid certification
