We are seeking a dynamic and experienced coach to join our team. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading the development of staff capability across the school's support and intervention team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model and support pedagogical improvement, with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and differentiated curriculum delivery
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and Heads of Program to identify and implement high-impact strategies and resources
  • Support the operationalisation of school and departmental priorities by leading specific initiatives and contributing to whole-school improvement targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant teaching qualification
  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland
