Country Road Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and profit growth, ensuring achievement of all KPIs
* Provide inspirational leadership, training, and development of team members
* Maintain a focus on commercial acumen, ensuring the team has an understanding of department/store performance
* Effectively manage costs
* Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
* Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in managing high sales turnover retail businesses
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
* Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
* Passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and strong sense of personal style and presentation
* Experience managing the performance, training, and development of a medium to large team
* Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
* Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
