**Job Description:**

As a senior accounts payable professional, you will play a key role in establishing a dedicated AP team within the Accounting & Finance Department. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and manage a team of AP clerks, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of daily AP functions.

You will be responsible for optimizing the information collection process, acting as a primary interface with various stakeholders for accounting and reporting purposes. Additionally, you will participate in the accounting, reporting, and analysis processes by providing quality insights regarding corporate spending.

**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, with a current role as or progression towards a Senior Accountant position.
  • Experience in managing small teams is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is desirable.
  • Exposure to AFSL, trading platforms, financial services, or fund management is beneficial.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
